Arctic Land Adventure is built around the life of a Sámi reindeer herding family.
Sámi culture survives by being lived, spoken and passed from one generation to the next. What we share with our guests is not a recreated tradition or a performance. It is a way of life where reindeer still roam freely and life still follows the seasons.
At our Reindeer Ranch by Lake Peerajärvi, you’ll find Glass Igloos, Villa Vasara and experiences connected to that way of life.
In Kilpisjärvi village, Kilpisjärven Tunturimajat offer comfortable accommodation at the foot of Saana, with easy access to the surrounding wilderness.
The locations are different, but the story is the same.
