Today, this private Villa welcomes guests to experience the same landscape, silence and connection to nature that have shaped life here for centuries.

Floor-to-Ceiling Views of the Arctic

The heart of Villa Vasara is its impressive living area with a 4.8 metre ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lake Peerajärvi and the surrounding fells.

Whether watching the Northern Lights in winter or the Midnight Sun in summer, nature is always present.

Designed for comfort and togetherness, the Villa offers spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and carefully selected details inspired by Arctic life.

Villa Vasara accommodates up to eight guests.

The Villa features comfortable bedrooms, flexible sleeping arrangements and generous shared spaces for families, friends and small private groups.

Every detail has been designed to make guests feel at home while surrounded by the unique atmosphere of Arctic Lapland.

Included in Your Stay

Breakfast and dinner are included, along with access to seasonal outdoor equipment, thermal clothing for activities and the everyday comforts of Villa Vasara.

Villa Vasara sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Upstairs, two bedrooms each feature a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, two further bedrooms offer twin beds, ideal for families or groups travelling together.

The Villa has its own private sauna, complete with a bathtub and two showers — a natural part of any stay in Finland. Warm up after a day on the fell, or simply take your time in the quiet of the evening.

Guests are free to explore the surrounding wilderness with snowshoes, sliding snowshoes and ice fishing equipment available at the Ranch.

Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and Wi-Fi are naturally included.

Life at the Reindeer Ranch

Villa Vasara is located at the Vasara family’s Reindeer Ranch on the shores of Lake Peerajärvi.
